Serve with fresh fruit, yogurt or sorbet, if you are good, or ice cream, lemon curd or chocolate mousse if you happen to be into sacrifices. These meringues will keep indefinitely in a dry place.

Our meringues are delicious with our own home made cinnamon ice cream and our famous hot fudge sauce.
